Pay and benefits

Salaries are reviewed each year in conjunction with our Staff Association, and based on extensive industry benchmarks. Reviews are linked to performance so that our highest achieving staff are rewarded with greater increases. We pay regional weighting allowances to those working in London and the South East as well as a remote worker allowance for staff in home or field-based roles.

Living wage employer

We are an accredited Living Wage Employer. This means that every member of staff earns at least the Living Wage, not the national minimum wage. The Living Wage is an hourly rate set independently and updated annually, based on the cost living in the UK


When our business is performing well, we want to share that success with our staff. Staff bonus is paid based on the company achieving a range of financial and non-financial goals, and how an individual has contributed to that success, not just in what they have achieved, but how they have achieved it.


Over 95% of staff are part of our contributory company pension plans.
