Obtaining regular feedback and opinions from staff is important to us and we run a staff survey at least once a year. We also have a range of established communication channels to encourage knowledge sharing and feedback, including regular business news bulletins, staff magazines, team meetings and conferences for directorates across the business.

Underlining our commitment to provide a supportive environment for our staff, NHBC continues to maintain its IIP (Investors in People) status and in the 2010 Sunday Times Best Companies staff survey, NHBC were rated as 'One to Watch.'
