You can send your completed forms to the address below or if you are an NHBC Portal user, you can upload your SNIN directly via the 'Company Docs' link.

We are happy to provide you with a free guide price for Buildmark warranty cover and other services. If you need a firm quotation, you will need to complete a Site Notification and Initial Notice form.
The process is as follows:
Step 1You submit your SNIN form
Step 2We receive your SNIN and inform all relevant NHBC teams
Step 3We send you a product plot schedule (PPS) for you to complete
Step 4You check the PPS, complete the details of all plots and return it to us
Step 5We receive your completed PPS and issue a firm quotation
Step 6You return the signed quotation and payment for plots you wish to register at that time (at least 4 weeks before start of construction)
Step 7We receive your signed quotation and payment and issue documentation to you
