Register a new site (SNIN)
To register a new site with us for Buildmark warranty cover or for building control, complete a Site Notification and Initial Notice (SNIN ) form.
Completing your SNIN form
Please submit your SNIN form as far in advance of starting work on site as possible but at the latest:

Submitting your completed SNIN
You can send your completed forms to the address below or if you are an Extranet user, you can upload your SNIN directly . Please go to 'Collaborative Working' on the Extranet and use the 'Non Site Specific' link.

What happens next?
The process is as follows:
- Step 1 You submit your SNIN form
- Step 2 We receive your SNIN and inform all relevant NHBC teams
- Step 3 We send you a product plot schedule (PPS) for you to complete
- Step 4 You check the PPS, complete the details of all plots and return
it to us - Step 5 We receive your completed PPS and issue a firm quotation
- Step 6 You return the signed quotation and payment for plots you wish to register at that time (at least 4 weeks before start of construction)
- Step 7 We receive your signed quotation and payment and issue documentation to you
