Welcome to the NHBC Extranet - submit, view and share site information electronically

NHBC has developed an Extranet service that simplifies the way we do business with our customers.  Working with us electronically will dramatically reduce the volume of printing and posts that you need to do, thereby saving you time and money.  By allowing shared access the Extranet can also complement the builder/housing association relationship to support their common aim of delivering quality homes.

The Extranet provides a number of services, including the ability to

• submit site information for building control and warranty securely and electronically
• see an up to date list of the conditions that apply to your sites
• enhance your working relationships by allowing you to give access to your housing associations, architects and other professionals so that they can view site progress.
