Enfield, Middlesex

This project involved converting two existing office blocks into residential units and building 4 new floors on top. To the rear of the site, a new 9 storey residential block was built to provide a total of 191 residential units.

Shoreditch, London

The Avant-Garde site in East London is a 25 storey glass tower comprising a total of 360 dwellings, including several open plan flats on the top floors, communal roof terraces and a residents' gym.

One Tower Bridge

Location

The One Tower Bridge development, situated between Tower Bridge and the mayor's City Hall offices features both affordable homes and luxury apartments. The development required support from an NHBC Special Risk Manager. It is a high multi-storey development (up to 21 storeys) and has a multitude of unconventional facades that required relevant test data before they were approved.

Huf Haus

Location

HUF HAUS is a German concept, and the distinct glass fronted buildings are renowned for being particularly energy efficient. Every Huf Haus is designed to be eco-friendly, with features such as ground heat source pumps, strong insulation and high air tightness. NHBC provides Building Control on all Huf Haus builds in the UK, including several commercial buildings and over 100 residential properties.

Belton House is a 17th Century Grade 1 listed country house in Lincolnshire. The project involved the conversion of an existing unused building in the grounds of the National Trust property.
