Site development helped by experience of NHBC
Developed with Assael Architecture, this 5 hectare site contains over 700 new dwellings, a 25 storey tower with hotel and serviced apartments, and 17 new buildings. In addition, the Grade II listed Wallis House has been converted to provide a mix of residential and commercial spaces.
Working as an integral part of the design team from pre-planning, NHBC's surveyors have assisted the design development in respect of fire safety, sound reduction and thermal efficiency. Drawing on our experience of such projects, we have provided Barratt West London with a flexible and bespoke service throughout the life of the scheme.
