Early advice
Our surveyors work with you to ensure your initial designs meet the principles of Building Regulations. You can be sure that no fundamental design changes will be needed later.
Design stage
We aim to be part of your design team. Offering input at this stage allows us to help with imminent legislation changes and the application of any Type Approvals. Type Approvals
Plan assessment
When you submit your plans to us we review and compile a technical report and deal with statutory consultations on your behalf. You will be kept informed of progress every step of the way.
Construction
Your project benefits from key stage inspections at relevant times during the build. Your surveyor is on hand to help you at all times, liaising closely with our local inspector, and providing regular updates as required.
Completion
We understand that completion is a critical phase of the development. Your surveyor will deal with the required formal notifications, work closely with your site team, and liaise with our site inspector to ensure a final certificate is issued promptly.
