This NHBC and HBF backed seminar includes DCLG, HBF and NHBC speakers explaining the changes and will allow discussion and analysis of the implications for the house-building industry.
The Government has announced a three month consultation on changes to many aspects of the Building Regulations - including Part L, Part P and Part M. There are also planned changes to the Building Control System. In December it announced a consultationon SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure), the tool for assessing the energy performance of homes.
