Construction Phase Plans are a legal requirement for all construction sites. We visit the site and work in conjunction with the Principal Contractor to ensure the plan is appropriate for the project.
Our experienced team of health and safety professionals work exclusively in the house-building industry. They provide advice and best practice guidance though our site inspections to help you improve health and safety on site. They can work with you to review your high risk areas/trends to reduce your risk and provide a safer working environment.
Our audit service comprises of two full day reviews; the first in your office, the second on site. We work through all of your health and safety policies and procedures, assessing how they are implemented on site. A report is produced documenting our findings and includes any recommendations for improvements.
