Design stage assessments
NHBC's large team of accredited assessors can advise on how best to meet requirements, and the implications of different specification options should you need to change plans. NHBC provides regular communication, attendance at project meetings and progress updates along the way.

Post-construction stage assessment
We produced the UK's first post-construction Code certificate. We have the experience to advise you on how to successfully navigate the whole process. That final certificate could be part of your funding criteria - let us guide you.
- PCSA or PCR certificate, with nationwide coverage for site visits.
