Updated Guidance for Access to Dwellings

9 March 2017

We’ve updated our best practice guide for Access to Dwellings in line with the recent revisions to Approved Document M in England.

Following consultation with local access groups, it provides clear, pragmatic guidance on how to demonstrate compliance for Category 1 homes In England and for ‘all dwellings’ in Wales.
