NHBC training and qualifications
Effective training and development is essential if businesses are to maximise the value of their employees, proactively identify and address issues before they occur and respond effectively to changing industry and regulatory requirements.
We offer NVQs from levels two to five in subjects ranging from craft, through design and surveying to senior management.
We offer all our training courses on an in-company basis with a selection offered as open programmes.

Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)
NHBC is involved in training and qualifications programmes because we recognise that improved skills in the industry contribute directly to our core purpose of raising standards.
Our aim is to provide the knowledge and skills to help our customers:

We offer a comprehensive range of training and qualification programmes for home builders, Housing Associations, the wider construction industry and for industry professionals. We respond to industry needs by continually updating the range and content of our training courses and qualification programmes.
Our highly skilled trainers and assessors have a wealth of practical experience in a wide variety of construction, management and professional roles. Feedback from our customers and from Awarding Bodies (the regulators of NVQs) is excellent.
