We are passionate about using our expertise, knowledge and experience to support the development of the next generation of house builders. We’ve created our apprenticeships with input from senior colleagues across house building to ensure that they meet the needs of the industry. Our fully qualified tutors use their own construction and training expertise to fully support and develop your apprentices.

The apprenticeships we offer

Construction Site Supervisor

The perfect start for anyone embarking on a career in site management.

Learning takes place one day per week, with ten modules delivered virtually over 62 weeks. The apprenticeship is fully integrated into every apprentice’s working life.

Course content is new-build focussed and meets the requirements of ST0048.

Each module is led by a residential-focussed NHBC Training professional.

Successful candidates secure a Level 4 qualification in Site Supervision and relevant CSCS card.

Bricklaying - COMING SOON

Apprentice bricklayers on this programme will be able to build to NHBC Standards and understand common quality issues.

Led by our skilled trainers, this is a front-loaded programme with an intensive 6 weeks’ study period, equivalent to a year’s day release at college. This is followed by a further 5 x 2-week teaching blocks as well as time working on your sites.

The learning is hands-on and practical, typically 2 hours in the classroom, 6 hours on the tools each day.

Completed in 18 months compared with 24-30 months currently for NVQ Level 2 apprenticeship.
