Course was well run and requirements were well explained by Mark. Once I had got to grips with the phone app and website, evidence was very easy to upload, describe and add to my portfolio. The whole course fitted in well around my (sometimes) extremely busy day to day diary, and Mark was a great help in changing appointments when things became too busy.

I found the programme beneficial to my position as Production Manager, which highlighted areas where I needed guidance and improvement. I was wondering whether I had made the right decision in enrolling on the programme, however, Geoff was excellent at putting me at ease from start to finish. The good feedback and guidance I received during the programme helped me progress and complete the programme within the time agreed.

Well worth the effort, with the help from Geoff.

The programme is quite intense and you certainly need to be committed to achieving the parameters of this NVQ. I found the "one to one's" very useful, particularly with the video diaries.

The support and advice from my assessor Bob was second to none and I owe an awful lot to him in my achieving this recognition.

The IT and learning assistant was somewhat "hit and miss" in that the system would not allow me to log on and therefore lock me out at times.

David, my assessor, was great. He was always available on the phone and scheduled visits to complete on site assessments at convenient times. Due to his commitment and assistance to my learning I was able to complete the course relatively quickly. Working with David made my course easier but generally the entire course was well supported and well defined. I want to wish David all the best and thank him for his support.

The course helped me refocus with the disciplines of my job role.
