
Welcome to Claims Online
Our commitment to our customers is to provide a claims handling and Resolution Service that is effective, professional, courteous, impartial and timely.
This online service from NHBC allows you, or an agent acting on your behalf, to register a claim or make a general enquiry online, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In order to use the full range of services offered, you will need to register** with us first.
Once you have registered with us, you will be able to:
- register a claim or request our Resolution Service (you will need your Buildmark number and certificate date to do this) or;
- make a general claims enquiry or;
- provide feedback about Claims Online.
When you send us information we will acknowledge this by e-mail and aim to respond to your enquiry within five working days.

If your query is in respect of damage caused by extreme weather conditions, such as flooding, high winds or water ingress, you will need to contact your Household Insurer in the first instance.
** By submitting your registration details, you indicate that you agree to the conditions of service and have read and understand the NHBC Claims Online privacy statement. Your submission of this form will constitute your consent to the collection and use of this information for processing and storage by NHBC. You also agree to receive required notices electronically through e-mail, e.g. confirming submitted enquiry details.
