
How do I get a duplicate policy document ?
You should have received your Buildmark policy documents from your solicitor or conveyancer upon completion.
To obtain duplicate policy documents, or if you have not yet received your policy documents, please contact NHBC Customer Services at cssupport@nhbc.co.uk, or call 01494 735363 (Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30), quoting your name, address, postcode and NHBC Buildmark policy number if available.
Please note that there will be a charge for providing duplicate documents.
