Housing Statistics Sheets

NHBC statistics represent a unique source of detailed up-to-date information on new home construction and the house-building industry. The figures relate to new homes registered with NHBC for its ten-year warranty, which represent in excess of 80 per cent of all new homes built in the UK. The sheets also detail the average number of daily sales, as well as the First Time Buyers' Ability to Buy Index.

NHBC figures are available well ahead of Government figures, some can be provided on a daily basis. As such, we represent the only source of up-to-date information on new home registrations, completions, and sales.
