'Buildmark Choice' is NHBC's 10-year warranty and insurance cover, designed to protect both providers of newly built, newly converted or renovated social housing, and their tenants, if a problem occurs with the homes they rent or where there is a shared ownership agreement.
Buildmark Choice provides flexible cover for Registered Social Landlords and is also suitable for special needs, multiple occupancy projects, foyer schemes, student accommodation and mixed-use sites.
