Brand new homes
When you move into a brand new home you should receive your Buildmark booklet and insurance certificate from your solicitor or conveyancer. If you have not received these Buildmark documents within 4 weeks of moving in to a brand new home, please contact us and we will arrange for them to be sent to you.
