Social Housing Group
NHBC hosts a biannual social housing forum in London to provide information and discussion on:
- Social housing market concerns and issues
- HCA update
- Housing planning and supply
- Sustainability and other technical and standards issues
- Regulatory compliance issues
Each event is attended by representatives from housing associations and other Registered social landlords, major builders, civil servants, sustainability specialists and other industry professionals.

Sustainability Group
NHBC also hosts a biannual sustainability forum in London to provide information and discussion on sustainability issues of a technical and compliance nature, including case studies of exemplar schemes.
