NHBC working with the Housing Forum
The Housing Forum has joined forces with NHBC in a move to strengthen housing industry support during one of the most critical periods in its recent history.
The two organisations share many of the same goals and priorities. By forming an alliance, which includes combining the activities of the Housing Forum and NHBC's Social Housing Group, the organisations will be able to pool resources to enhance activities in the areas of common interest. These areas include sustainability and zero carbon homes, the promotion of industry best practice, skills development and knowledge exchange.

NHBC further encourages best practice by rewarding excellence through our industry recognised Pride in the Job awards and sponsoring the CLG/RIBA Housing Design Awards.
NHBC Foundation
NHBC's independent research institution - the NHBC Foundation - was established in January 2006 in partnership with the BRE Trust. Focusing on the new homes industry it facilitates research and development, technology and knowledge sharing, and the capture of industry best practice.
