How to make a claim with NHBC
Making a claim against NHBC is easy and you can even make a claim online. All you have to do is provide us with the following information:
Your full name, address and postcode
Details of the item(s) of concern
Your Buildmark policy number (printed on your 10 year notice/insurance certificate)

NHBC Claims Online
Our Claims Online service enables you to make a claim any time, any day. All you need do to register a claim is send us the necessary information online, and we will respond to your enquiry within five working days.
