Buildmark - NHBC's new home warranty and insurance
Around 80% of new homes built in the UK are registered with NHBC, benefiting from our 10-year new home construction warranty and insurance cover called Buildmark. About 1.7 million homeowners have Buildmark warranty and insurance, protecting them if there is a breach of NHBC Standards.
As well as new home buyers, NHBC's customers include registered builders and developers. As well as providing Buildmark to home owners, builders and developers also benefit from our range of products and services.
