Ecobuild is billed as the world's biggest event for sustainable design, construction and the built environment.
This year it takes place at Excel, London with 1,300 exhibitors planned plus 100 free seminars.

The industry is now familiar with the direction of policy, standards, and revisions to UK and European regulations. But as they evolve, the challenge of connecting them together gets no simpler, and of course there is a new Government with new ideas and priorities, most evident in the changes to planning, but also in its fast tracking of Part L revisions from 2013 to 2012, and its new definition of Zero Carbon. How can clients, designers and constructors understand the roadmap, the key milestones, the direction of travel, and assess the implications for them? What's important and when?
