UK New build statistics
NHBC produces statistics derived almost exclusively from its 20,000 registered builders, who construct over 80% of the new homes built in the UK. As such, they represent a unique source of detailed, up-to-date information on new home construction and the house-building industry.

NHBC also publishes a quarterly booklet containing 25 tables of information relating to the UK house-building market, available as single copies or by annual subscription from the online shop.
