A large area with lots to consider, here the judges will be looking for the quality of workmanship and signs of extra care and attention - a real pride in the job. They'll be checking the installation of doors and windows, floor decking, stairs, electrics, plumbing, the construction of non load-bearing walls and quality of plastering.
