NHBC is launching a series of two-day courses to help house builders strengthen relationships with their customers. NHBC's two-day "Excellent After Sales Service" course, running from September to December, will look at how to handle customers and ensure builders understand their after-sales obligations.
NHBC's Training Manager Rob Lockey says: "After sales service remains high on the agenda for house builders. Although the number of home buyers who would recommend their builder has increased over the last year there is still some way to go in achieving the target set in the Barker report. This course is designed to support builders in achieving that target of 75% by 2007".
Workshops and presentations on the course will be led by specialist NHBC claims managers and customer service trainers. Places are available for delegates to attend the course which will be held at the following venues:
- Wigan 20/ 21 September 05
- Bristol 27/ 28 September 05
- Falkirk 04/ 05 October 05
- Durham 25/ 26 October 05
- Dartford 08/ 09 November 05
- Leicester 22/ 23 November 05
- Cambridge 06/ 07 December 05
