You’ll also cover many other technical aspects of construction operations, including estimating, planning, surveying, site technical support and design co-ordination.
The course will give you the knowledge needed to perform supervisory duties for a residential development construction site, with both mandatory and optional modules so that you can pick the best learnings for your own development.

You will work through units, each of which give you a number of credits that can be used towards the NVQ Qualification and Credit Framework, including subsequent further and higher education courses.
The structure of this qualification is outlined below. You will need to complete all mandatory units, plus your choice of two optional units, to achieve a minimum of 123 credits in total.
