Elements of communal developments can sometimes carry additional risks, which may not currently be covered by Buildmark Choice. So, in conjunction with HSB Engineering Insurance, a market-leading underwriter of engineering risks, we are able to introduce you to two types of Machinery Inherent Defects Insurance, for either apartments or for district heating.
