Apply for Buildmark Choice

You should apply for Buildmark Choice at least 4 weeks before you start work on a standard site or 8 weeks before you start work on a hazardous or non-traditional site.

How to apply

Are you an NHBC registered builder? To apply for any NHBC warranty you must be registered with us.  You will then need to register your site by completing our SNIN (Site Notification and Initial Notice) form.

How is the cost of Buildmark Choice calculated?

The cost will depend on your Premium Rating, the net build cost and contract value of the development and the level of optional cover and excess that you choose.
