Apply for Buildmark Connect

You should apply for Buildmark Connect at least 4 weeks before you start work on a standard site or 8 weeks before you start work on a hazardous or non-traditional site.  If you would like to apply for Buildmark Connect, you will also need to apply for Buildmark or Buildmark Choice for the residential elements of the scheme.

How to apply for Buildmark Connect

To apply for Buildmark Connect you first need to be an NHBC registered builder. You will then need to register your site by completing our SNIN (Site Notification and Initial Notice) form.

How is the cost of Buildmark Connect calculated?

The cost is dependent on your Premium Rating and the build cost of the premises.
