The first two letters of your Buildmark policy number (found on your insurance certificate) will determine which Buildmark policy document applies to you. Select the appropriate document below:

AM	AL	AK or AJ	AI or AH or AG
AF	AD	AC	AB

Please note: If your policy starts with AJ, AE or XA please contact us to request a copy of your policy. Please call us on 0844 633 1000 and ask for 'Customer Services'.

Can't find your insurance certificate?

Our Customer Services team can issue a duplicate for you*. Please email cssupport@nhbc.co.uk quoting your name, address and postcode or call 0844 633 1000 and ask for 'Customer Services'.

* Please note that there will be a charge for providing duplicate documents.
