Warranty and cover for self-builders

NHBC does not have a warranty product for new self-build developments.

We have an agreement with Self-Build Zone (SBZ), a specialist supplier in the self-build sector who you can approach to discuss your self-build warranty, site insurance and other requirements.

We will not be fulfilling any of the products (through policy cover, inspections, or claims for example). However, we have worked with SBZ to understand their products and services and we are confident that they can provide the appropriate products and services to you to help with your project.
