We’re looking for meticulous Construction Quality Analysts!
With the current landscape of demanding productivity levels, rising customer expectations and the national skills shortage, the quality of new homes across the UK has never been under greater pressure. One of the key areas of growing support is within our Construction Quality team, a team that is at the forefront of our data analysis and feedback capability. The unique insights this team is sharing with the industry is creating considerable demand for additional support activities within our portfolio of Construction Quality Services. Therefore, we are pleased to be expanding this team with the addition of a ‘Construction Quality Analyst’ for the Construction Quality Team. About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Construction Quality Manager, you will carry out a range of tasks such as: Undertaking detailed analysis, Preparing PowerPoint presentations, Undertaking Construction Quality Reviews and depending on skill set - assisting the team in delivering feedback on construction quality, assisting with project work, gaining new customers
You will typically work within a defined geographical area, however dependent on location occasional overnights may be required.
Our ideal candidate will offer the following:
- Practical knowledge of NHBC Standards, Building Regulations and allied legislation.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good report writing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Comfortable presenting technical information to small groups of people
- An eye for detail and a curiosity for improvement
- Qualified to a minimum of HNC/HND or NVQ Level 4 in a construction related subject and/or industry experience
Salary & Benefits:
£37,700.00 - £40,800 (depending on experience)
