Supreme Award Winners Announced
Pride in the Job is the only UK-wide competition dedicated to recognising site managers who achieve the highest standards in house-building. It has been instrumental in driving up the quality of new homes for 37 years.
A Pride in the Job award is the highest industry accolade a site manager can receive.
It represents success for the site manager, their team and associated trades as well providing a reputational boost for the building company. Most importantly, homeowners who buy a Pride in the Job winning home benefit from a high quality product.
Recognising the key role that site managers play in delivering high quality new homes, we have developed a dedicated online resource to support you and assist your development.
An NHBC Pride in the Job award is the highest accolade a site manager can win, so to have five of our division’s managers picking up these awards is a fantastic achievement.
All five of our site managers should be very proud of what they have achieved at each of their sites, and everybody at Bellway is delighted to see their hard work and dedication recognised.
Lee Wilkinson, Bellway East Midlands, 5 Seals of Excellence Winner
We are delighted that Simon has achieved recognition this year by being awarded the prestigious accolade for site managers by winning not only the NHBC Pride in the Job quality award but also the seal of excellence and the regional award for small developments. These three awards were achieved at our Hollingbourne site and is recognition of the whole team at Wealden who take huge pride in producing high quality homes.

I feel absolutely elated to win such a prestigious award. The hard work and attention to detail that my site team delivers is amazing and to be awarded a Seal of Excellence is more than I could’ve wished for. This is both my first Quality Award and my first Seal of Excellence and it’s a fantastic result to be recognised in the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards.

Andy Eccles, Miller Homes, Seal of Excellence Winner
I was delighted to win and achieve a goal I’ve had since I became a site manager. I could never have done it alone. A site manager is only as good as the group of lads he works with and I have had a brilliant team at The Pavilion. I’d like to add my thanks to the NHBC for making the awards ceremony so special for the winners.
Dan Cato, Redrow Homes Lancashire, Seal of Excellence Winner
To be awarded my second seal of excellence for our Breton Hall site is a tremendous affirmation that our brand is synonymous with quality.
