David was very helpful and when reading questions to me he made sure that I understood what was being asked.
It has made me much more self-aware as to how to present myself and what I say representing the company to both colleagues and customers.
I have had constant support both internally from Redrow and my NHBC assessor Mark. Mark has always provided support over the phone and email whenever I had any queries.
