Develop skilled bricklayers
Bricklaying is an essential trade in home construction and skilled bricklayers play a critical role in delivering high-quality houses. Our Level 2 Bricklaying apprenticeship has been developed in partnership with the industry to ensure apprentices gain the skills needed to make an immediate impact. This apprenticeship programme is delivered through our purpose-built training hubs.
This apprenticeship is ideal for:
- new entrants looking to start their career as a bricklayer in construction or house building
- employers seeking a cost-effective way to train new bricklayers and help close the skills gap.
Key benefits of this apprenticeship

This is a quality-focused, NHBC Standards-driven apprenticeship. Apprentices learn the importance of compliance with the Standards and high-quality output from day one.
