We have essential maintenance work being carried out on all NHBC customer portals. As a result, there will be a temporary downtime of our online claims form during the following period:

Start Date: 6pm, Friday 23 February 2024
End Date: 9am, Monday 26 February 2024  

During this period, access to the online forms will be unavailable and you will not be able to make a claim using this form.
