On completion of the purchase of your property, your solicitor should 'activate' your policy which will bring the NHBC warranty in place and produce your insurance certificate.

If they did not do this for you, don't worry, we can help.

Please complete the information below and we will do the rest and we will forward your insurance certificate to the email address provided. The insurance certificate will be issued based on the information you have uploaded (TP1 or Land Registry document).
