Builder registration
Approximately 18,000 house builder and developers are on NHBC's Register and benefit from a range of products and services including Buildmark cover, the UK's leading new home warranty.
Technical advice, Extranet, publications and ordering
All customers benefit from access to free 'Technical advice and support', as well as our 'Extranet' service, that allows you to submit site information online to improve business efficiency. A range of technical and research literature, as well as customer information is downloadable from our 'Publications' page. Products and services may be ordered via our sales team, with selected products available from our online shop.
Working with professions
NHBC works directly with architects, consultants and members of professional bodies on both residential and commercial projects. Early involvement at the planning and design stage is important for building control and sustainability services, allowing us to develop compliant solutions to the benefit of the client. Our range of services also include health and safety and training to ensure sites are efficient and safe, with well-trained personnel managing site quality.
