Our purpose is to build confidence in the construction quality of new homes. As the UK’s leading provider of warranty and insurance for new homes, we are recognised and trusted by homeowners and builders alike.
NHBC has a diverse range of skills and expertise in functions including: Actuarial, Communications, Customer Services, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Legal, Marketing and Underwriting.
We employ field-based staff with an inspection or surveying background to investigate claims and coordinate repairs. Our office-based claims handlers, often from a financial services background, support our homeowners. There are also administrative support roles and customer services roles, the latter providing technical and registration support to NHBC registered builders.
We employ field-based inspectors, engineers and surveyors (both field and office-based), to work with our registered builders to assist them in complying with Building Regulations and NHBC Standards. In addition, we employ professionals providing training, land quality and construction quality services to house builders and the wider construction industry. We also employ graduate surveyors and those from a building-related discipline as trainees.
Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 per Annum + up to 6% Bonus
