We wanted to commit to a cause that is more closely aligned with our social purpose and work with an organisation that provides education, training and support to people with real housing issues. After a colleague vote, our corporate charity was named as Crisis, in May 2019.
Our colleagues in 7 teams completed 19 million steps– that’s more than 8,000 miles to raise funds for our charity partner Crisis.
A big thank you to the NHBC volunteers from Technical Operations, who assisted the Crisis team with a range of activities in London this week.
Our values are at the core of how we work together. We have career opportunities right across the UK and are committed to creating an inclusive culture that encourages everyone to bring their true selves to work.
