You’ll find jobs in our corporate team range from internal and external communications, marketing, data, strategy and insights, to jobs in finance, human resources, IT and legal.

Business Operations
Our field-based roles require an inspection or surveying background to investigate claims and coordinate repairs. We also have office-based claims handlers, often from a financial services background, whose job it is to support our homeowners. You’ll also find administrative support and customer services roles to apply for, where staff give technical and registration support to NHBC registered builders.

Field Tech
We employ field-based inspectors, engineers and surveyors to work with our registered builders and help them meet Building Regulations and NHBC Standards. We also have roles for professionals providing training, land quality and construction quality services to house builders and the wider construction industry. With our focus on learning and development, we employ graduate surveyors and those from a building-related discipline as trainees.

Actuarial
Our diverse range of actuarial roles offer employees the opportunity to use their skills to analyse claims, calculate insurance reserves and prepare statutory and regulatory returns. Our actuarial staff also have a vital role to play in assessing NHBC's regulatory capital requirements, monitor claims and provide important statistical summaries.

The Race at Work Charter is composed of seven principal calls to action and signing up means taking practical steps to ensure we are tackling barriers that ethnic minority people face in recruitment and progression.
