Mike is also the Consulting Project Director for the Off-Site Homes Alliance.

Suzanne joined Studio Partington in 2005 and has worked on a variety of projects, most notably ‘Nottingham City Homes 2050’ – a ground-breaking first in the UK with ‘Energiesprong’ retrofit using off-site construction. Suzanne has authored a number of titles for the NHBC Foundation, including the new title ‘Modern Methods of Construction: Building on experience’.

Andrew has worked in Affordable Housing Valuation for Savills for nearly 30 years and previously worked in-house at an RP in his native North East. At Savills, Andrew is a Director in the Housing Valuation Team specialising in valuations of affordable rented housing for Loan Security, Bonds, PPs and Investment. He is currently leading on the valuation of MMC within the Affordable Housing Sector.

Andy joined Lloyds Banking Group in 1993 and has a depth of experience across financial planning, commercial management and product innovation/development to bring new products and services to market. He is currently the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Housing.

As Executive Chairman, Dave is responsible for leading ilke Homes’ executive team. Since launching in 2017, his vision is to grow the company into a top ten housebuilder, delivering 10,000 homes a year. Dave has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. He spent seven years as CEO of Keepmoat Homes and prior to that was CEO oft Apollo Property Service Group before they merged with Keepmoat Homes in 2012.
