This is a great opportunity to lead initiatives that boost brand awareness and drive business growth, especially within the housebuilding and B2B construction sector. You’ll be the go-to expert for marketing advice, campaign planning and execution—working closely with stakeholders and our internal Marketing & Communications (M&C) team to bring high-impact ideas to life.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the lead marketing partner for our Commercial Services team
  • Developing and delivering smart, digital-first, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Creating compelling content across email, social, web, PR and more
  • Advising on customer segmentation and messaging strategies
  • Collaborating with our in-house M&C team and external partners to bring campaigns to life
  • Monitoring performance, optimising campaigns in real time and reporting results
  • Protecting and growing the NHBC brand presence across B2B audiences and wider stakeholders
  • Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager when required.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong B2B and/or B2C marketing experience, ideally from agency, consultancy or client-side
  • Confident presenting ideas and providing strategic marketing advice to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent writing and communication skills across a range of formats and audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work cross-functionally with digital, PR, events and creative teams
  • Comfortable using campaign project management tools like Monday.com and measuring campaign performance
  • Someone who’s creative, solutions-focused, organised and collaborative
  • Experience or interest in the housebuilding or insurance sector (a bonus, not essential).

What we offer

Our benefits package includes:

  • 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • holiday purchase scheme
  • enhanced pension scheme (up to 10.5%)
  • life assurance
  • subsidised private medical insurance
  • employee discounts platform
  • two days volunteer leave
  • enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption leave and pay for all new parents

+ many more!
