Roofing MasterclassBook now
Roofing is the build stage that leads to the highest number of defects and the highest number of warranty claims in new homes. That’s why fully funded Roofing Masterclasses are now available to help you get things right first time, in turn saving costs and improving productivity.
These Masterclasses are a HBF initiative delivered by NHBC in partnership with the National Federation of Roofing Contractors and funded by CITB.
Sessions can be delivered on or near your site provided that a suitable room is available to seat the attendees, such as a large site office or canteen.
A minimum of 5 delegates is required for each Roofing Masterclass. Each session can hold up to a maximum of 10 delegates.
This Masterclass is suitable for anyone working as a roofing contractor or who is involved in the supervision or management of roofing works.
These Masterclasses are fully-funded by CITB, take only 90 minutes and will be delivered on your site or at a nearby location. We will cover common issues and best practice around:
underlay and battens and roofing components
weathering and flashings
fixing of slates and tiles
wet and dry verges and valleys
Delivered by our highly skilled and experienced NHBC Building Inspectors, delegates will each receive copies of all the slides, the relevant chapters from the NHBC Standards, a practice quiz and contact information for further technical queries.
Please complete the form below to register you interest and we will contact you when dates are available.
