Overview
The completion and handover of a new property can be a complex process that requires a combination of technical, managerial and personal skills. In this course, you'll gain hands-on experience during a guided site visit in identifying and resolving snagging issues to improve handover quality.
Back in the classroom, you'll review findings, explore best practices and discuss how to enhance the homebuyer experience. Through interactive workshops you’ll understand NHBC’s pre-handover inspection process and tackle common issues found by our inspectors at completion and by homeowners when they move in.
