Our house-building apprenticeships are available to anyone aged 16+ and living in England. Whether you’ve just taken your GCSEs, you’re still studying or you’ve already been in the world of work for a while, an apprenticeship could be the perfect next step for you.

Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship

This apprenticeship offers the perfect start for anyone embarking on a career in site management. Construction Site Supervisors will manage sub-contractors and ongoing operations, ensuring quality with a view to moving into management as they develop.

Bricklaying apprenticeship

This Level 2 accelerated apprenticeship will typically take 18 months to complete. After an initial 5-week period of intensive hands-on training at one of our unique training tubs, apprentices will join a site health and safety savvy and with sufficient basic skills to be able to positively contribute from day one.

Groundworker apprenticeship

Groundworkers are the first trades on any construction site and their work is fundamental to preparing the site for new homes to be built. This Level 2 accelerated apprenticeship will typically take 18 months to complete. Apprentices will split their time between blocks of training at our unique training hubs (initially at Tamworth) alongside onsite delivery with their employer.
