The NHBC training team has been successfully supporting the home-building sector for over 25 years, delivering technical training and qualifications to a broad range of professionals. We deliver around 13,500 delegate training days each year across our portfolio of more than 30 technical courses. We are an approved provider of apprenticeships and are committed to using our expertise, knowledge and experience to support the development of the next generation of house builders.

Apprenticeship courses available from NHBC

Our apprenticeships enable you to earn a wage from day one, whilst getting the training you need to earn a recognised and respected qualification.

Our site supervisor apprentices study one day a week through our learning facilities, and our bricklaying apprentices will benefit through block release from our new, purpose-built Training Hub, enabling them to immerse themselves in a realistic working environment, including the chance to build substantial structures.

Construction Site Supervisor

This apprenticeship offers the perfect start for anyone embarking on a career in site management. Construction Site Supervisors will manage sub-contractors, ongoing operations, ensuring quality with a view to moving into management as they develop.

We think this apprenticeship is a game changer! After an initial 5 week period of intensive hands-on training at one of our unique training hubs, apprentices will join your site health and safety savvy and with sufficient basic skills to be able to positively contribute on day one.
