Job role: Quality and Compliance Co-ordinator (Apprenticeship)

Salary: From £28,000 + up to a 6% performance bonus per annum

Working location: Home Based (with travel to our Milton Keynes office once or twice a month)

Employment type: Full time, Permanent

As we expand our support for apprenticeships, we have multiple opportunities available for this position. You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality programmes by coordinating key processes, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent service to learners and employers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the Quality and Compliance teams with day-to-day admin and coordination.
  • Managing apprenticeship learner onboarding, paperwork, and compliance checks.
  • Helping with assessments, progress monitoring, and post-programme support.
  • Arranging and minuting meetings, updating records and databases.
  • Conducting compliance reviews and highlighting risks.
  • Producing reports and supporting ad-hoc projects.
  • Leading a small development project as part of your apprenticeship.
  • Supporting learners with special educational needs assessments.
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

 

 

 

What we’re looking for

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support others.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – essential.
  • Transferable skills welcome — whether from customer service, admin, hospitality, or a recent degree.
